What this website collects

There are no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, no cookies, and no third-party tracking or advertising scripts on this storefront. Nothing you do here is shared with an outside analytics company.

How we count visitors

We keep a simple count of how many times each page is opened and which products get looked at, so we know what people are actually interested in. These are totals only — we do not build a profile of you and we cannot tell who you are from them.

To estimate how many separate people visited on a given day, your IP address and browser name are combined with a secret value and run through a one-way hash. We store only that short scrambled result, never your IP address itself. It cannot be reversed, and it changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you over time.

Like every website, our web server also keeps standard access logs that include IP addresses for security and troubleshooting. These are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Fonts are loaded from Google

Our page styling loads fonts from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when the fonts load, under Google’s own privacy policy. It is the only third party this site contacts.

Ordering happens on Facebook Messenger

Every order runs through Facebook Messenger. That conversation is handled by Meta under Meta’s own privacy policy, not ours. Through it we see your Facebook display name and whatever you choose to send us.

What we keep

We keep a record of orders — what was purchased, which option, and when. We need this to verify proof of purchase for warranty claims, as described in our Terms of Service.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Removing your information

Message us and ask. Removing your order record also removes the proof of purchase your warranty depends on, so we will say so before we do it.
