Warranty Claim
If a product you bought stops working, this page tells you exactly what to send so we can replace it fast.
Before you claim
Check the Terms of Service first. The warranty covers defects and failures under the product’s intended use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, abuse, resale, transfer of ownership, or problems caused by third-party services or platform changes outside our control.
What to send us
Send all of the following in one message. Missing details are the main reason a claim takes longer than it should.
- Proof of purchase — the date you bought it, and a screenshot of our purchase conversation
- Which product and which option you purchased
- What is going wrong, described in your own words
- A screenshot or short screen recording of the error
- When the problem started, and whether it ever worked
What happens next
We verify the purchase and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty replacement. If it does, we send a replacement product or an equivalent replacement at no additional cost.
What you will not get
The warranty is replacement-only. We do not issue monetary refunds, partial refunds, or store credit under any circumstances. Replacement is the sole remedy.
