1. Lifetime Warranty
All eligible digital products purchased from us are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. If the purchased product becomes defective, inaccessible, or otherwise fails to function as intended due to an issue covered by our warranty, we will provide a replacement product or equivalent replacement at no additional cost.
2. Replacement Policy
Our warranty is strictly a replacement warranty. We do not provide monetary refunds, partial refunds, store credits, or other forms of reimbursement.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If a purchased product qualifies for warranty coverage, the only available remedy is replacement.
4. Warranty Limitations
The Lifetime Warranty applies only to issues caused by defects or failures covered by the product’s intended use. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, abuse, resale, transfer of ownership, or issues caused by third-party services, platforms, or changes outside our control.
5. Replacement Procedure
To request a replacement, customers must provide reasonable proof of purchase and sufficient information describing the issue. We reserve the right to verify the purchase and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty replacement.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using our digital products/services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our strict no-refund and replacement-only policy.
