Is this legit? How do I know I will not get scammed?
You never pay first. We deliver the access, you verify it works on your own device, and only then do you pay. Every treat also carries a written replacement warranty.
What does the warranty actually cover?
If your access stops working during the warranty period, we replace it free. No forms, no arguing. Message us and we fix it, usually within the hour.
How fast is delivery?
Most treats arrive within 15 minutes of confirmation, during our hours of 9am to 11pm Manila time. Overnight orders are queued for the morning.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash and Maya. Bank transfer on request for larger orders. Payment happens only after your access is confirmed working.
Is upgrading my own account safe?
Yes. For upgrades we never ask for your password. It happens through official channels or family-plan invites, and we walk you through it step by step in chat.
Can I buy for family or friends?
Of course. One treat can cover several profiles depending on the option you pick. Gifting is welcome, we can even include a sweet note.
